A note from Ruth:
In addition to the above credentials, I have experienced the joys and sorrows of a full life. I was drawn to mindfulness training and practice out of the desire to decrease my own suffering. It has helped me to know that my teachers had also faced traumas and that mindfulness had helped them through. I draw on my life experiences in every class. I hope that my journey, both personal and professional can help you on your path through life.
All the best,
Ruth
